Don't Forget to Breath

Life can get busy, our mind becomes full and preoccupied and we sometimes forget to breath. Forgetting to breath can leave us feeling out of sorts and unable to think or move through our tasks. Make sure to check in with yourself throughout each and every day to make sure you are taking deep slow breaths, especially if your having a busy day! Do it and you'll feel the relief right away! :)
