Yes, there are still challenges, lessons, but when you start to handle them with this new perspective of "all things are happening for me not against me" those challenges aren't as hard to get through, and good starts to emerge through it all.

Make sure to check in with yourself throughout each and every day to make sure you are taking deep slow breaths, especially if your having a busy day! Do it and you'll feel the relief right away! :)
